Anika's early passion for criminology has led to a varied career over 20 years working in local and state government as well as academia. This broad experience provides her with a unique insight into the factors that contribute to crime and social issues, the problems with existing policy settings and systems, and a better way forward for creating thriving places and communities. Anika's skills include teaching/facilitation, community engagement, data analysis, policy analysis and development, research, evaluation, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, public speaking, place making, strategic policy and social planning.
